POLICIES

TUITION
Tuition is payable for 9.5 months, August 4 to May 17, with a guarantee of 36 classes for the fall season. The first 9 months will have the same tuition charge, regardless of the number of classes in that month. May tuition will be charged at 1/2 of the regular rate.
Payment is due on the first of each month and is considered late after the 15th (even if the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday). There are no NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy! There will be a $10 late fee charged any balance due after the 15th of each month. Tuition more than 45 days overdue will be cause for dismissal from class. There is a $15 fee for returned checks. Tuition will continue to be charged until a drop notice (available at the front desk) is filled out and signed by a parent or guardian.

ATTENDANCE
Please notify your teacher or the secretary if your child will be absent for several weeks. If a student misses 3 or more classes without notifying the studio and has a delinquent account, the student will be dropped from the class. Make up times are available for CERTAIN classes; please see you child's teacher to find out if this is a possibility.

DRESS CODE (Hair up for all classes please)
RHYME, RHYTHM & MOTION - Play clothes. Students need to bring a small snack to share. Goldfish, pretzels, etc. NO cream-filled cookies, hard candy, nuts or anything with peanut products. PLEASE PUT NAME ON SNACK.
BABY BALLET - Black leotard with pink tights. Pink leather ballet shoes.
TAP/BALLET COMBO (4 yr. olds & 5-6 yr. olds) - Black leotard with pink tights. Pink ballet shoes and black tap shoes. Please put elastic fasteners in their tap shoes and your child's name in each of his/her shoes.
ADVANCED Tap/Ballet - Tan lace up tap shoes.
BALLET & LYRICAL- Black leotard with pink tights. Pink canvas ballet shoes. Lyrical shoes will be selected by your teacher after classes begin.
TAP - Black leotard with tan tights. Adv. T/B and Tap 1 will need the tan lace up tap shoes. All other one hour tap students should speak with their instructor before buying new shoes.
JAZZ - Black leotard with tan tights. Tan slip on jazz shoes.
HIP HOP - Loose, comfortable clothing. No jeans, leotards or booty shorts! Tennis shoes or dance sneakers.
